Welcome to careatlas.com (the “Site”), operated by CareAtlas, Inc. (“CareAtlas,” “we,” “us”), a Texas corporation. By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the public Site only. They do not modify, replace, or add to any executed agreement between CareAtlas and a customer, practice, or partner — including any management services agreement, platform agreement, or business associate agreement. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement controls your use of our services.
2. Who we are — and who provides medical care
CareAtlas, Inc. is a management services organization. We provide technology and administrative services to health care organizations. CareAtlas is not a medical practice, is not licensed to practice medicine, and does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical services described on this Site are provided by independent, physician-owned medical practices, and those practices and their clinicians retain sole authority over all clinical decisions. Nothing on this Site creates a physician-patient relationship with CareAtlas or with any practice, and requirements for these services vary by state.
3. Educational content, not advice
The guides, blog posts, FAQs, and other content on this Site are educational. They are not medical advice, legal advice, or billing, coding, or reimbursement advice, and you should not act on them without consulting your own qualified professionals. Medicare and payer rules change; billing codes and rates on this Site carry as-of dates and vary by Medicare Administrative Contractor and locality. Providers remain solely responsible for their own coding, billing, and clinical decisions.
4. Revenue estimates and the ROI calculator
Revenue figures on this Site, including ROI calculator outputs, are estimates. Revenue varies by program mix, volume, and payer. Not a guarantee of income. Figures reflect 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule national averages, rounded; locality-specific rates apply per Medicare Administrative Contractor. Calculator outputs are illustrations, not projections for your organization and not billing advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by CareAtlas, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. “CareAtlas” and “HealthQuilt™” are trademarks of CareAtlas, Inc.; other marks belong to their owners. To report content you believe infringes your rights, email privacy@careatlas.com with the details.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site unlawfully; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download its content or data; probe or disrupt its security or operation; or submit false information through its forms.
7. Third-party services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services (for example, Calendly for scheduling and Beehiiv for our newsletter). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep content current, but we do not warrant that it reflects the most recent regulatory or payment rules at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareAtlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes and general terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and CareAtlas regarding use of the Site itself.
